Step 1: Wash face normally
Step 2: Toner: Rip small piece of cotton ball, about the size of a quarter. Soak it thoroughly, then wipe the entire face. Avoid eyes and mouth. Rub vigorously on problem areas.
Step 3: Oil: One to two drops in the palm of hand, rub together lightly, pat and press oil into skin. DO NOT rub oil into skin, pat the skin with open palm.
Repeat Once or Twice Daily
