1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders placed Mon–Fri by 12 p.m. ET ship the same day. After 12 p.m. or on weekends/holidays, they go out the next business day.

Fulfillment Location: Winter Haven, Florida, USA.

Carrier USPS,—chosen automatically for cheapest delivery based on your address.

Transit Times (U.S.)2–3 business days (Standard)

Rates (U.S.)< $50 cart = $4.95 flat • ≥ $50 cart = FREE Standard

International: We currently DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL

Tracking emailed on day your label prints. If it hasn’t scanned within 48 hrs, hit us up at support@acnepack.com.

Lost / Stuck Packages Marked “Delivered” but missing? Wait 24 hrs (carriers sometimes scan early) then email us. We’ll file a claim or reship once carrier investigation starts.

Heads-up: Acne Pack™ isn’t liable for wrong or incomplete addresses. Re-shipping fees apply.

2. Order Edits & Cancellations

Need to change an address or cancel? Email support@acnepack.com within 24 hours of ordering. After that, it’s probably already on the truck.
Subscription holders: Log in → “Manage Subscription” to skip, swap, or delay next shipment up to 24 hrs before the renewal date.

3. Returns & Refunds

Opened/partially used No Refund.

Sample/trial sizes & freebies Final sale Not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged in transit 7 days Send a photo of damage + order #; we’ll replace ASAP.

How to start a return

Email support@acnepack.com with subject line “Return + Order #”.
We’ll reply with an RMA number and a prepaid label (U.S. only).
Drop it at any USPS/UPS location.
Refund or store credit is issued 3–5 business days after we receive the item. Bank processing can add another 5–7 days.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we messed up (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.).

4. Exchanges

No exchanges except on defective merchandise.
