  • Analytics: understand what hits and what flops so we can keep the BS out of your feed.

3. Sharing & Selling

We do not sell personal data. We share the minimum necessary with:

  • Payment processors (encrypted tokens only)

  • Fulfillment partners (ship-to address & email for tracking)

  • Analytics providers (de-identified stats)
    All vendors sign strict data-protection agreements.

4. Cookies & Similar Tech

We use first-party cookies for login persistence and cart retention, plus Google Analytics for anonymized traffic stats. Browser settings let you block cookies, but some features may break.

5. Your Privacy Choices

  • Access / Correct / Delete: email support@acnepack.com.

  • California residents: opt-out of “sale” (as defined by CCPA) via our Do-Not-Sell form.

  • European users: you have GDPR rights; our EU representative is listed at the end.

6. Kids Under 13

We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we did, we’ll delete it ASAP. Parents: email support@acnepack.com.

7. Data Security

AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, SOC-2-certified vendors, and annual penetration tests. No system is 100% hack-proof, but we fight hard.

We’ll post any material updates here ➡ “Revised” date at top. Continued use = acceptance.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.

2. Products & Content

  • Acne Pack™ formulas are cosmetic; not medical advice or treatment. Results vary and take time.

  • Ingredient lists appear on every product page and label. Patch test first.

3. Subscriptions

  • Billing cycle: monthly ($39.99) until you cancel.

  • Cancel anytime: log in → “My Account” → “Manage Subscription.” No hidden hoops.

  • Reset Fee: restarting a cancelled subscription equals one month of service.

4. Orders, Shipping, Returns

  • We ship Monday–Friday from Central Florida.

  • Damaged or unopened items: 30-day return window; email support@acnepack.com for an RMA.

  • You’re responsible for providing an accurate address; reshipping fees apply for wrong info.

5. User Conduct

Don’t: (a) scrape or hack the Site; (b) post false reviews; (c) infringe anyone’s IP. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All Acne Pack™ trademarks, logos, product names, copy, and visuals are our property. You get a limited, revocable license to view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers

  • Site content is “as-is.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • We’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Acne Pack™ against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

Florida law governs, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue = state or federal courts in Polk County, FL.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; the “Last Updated” date tells you when. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the new Terms.
